3. Scope of Services
   Fermall Media provides web design, web development, maintenance, and related digital services. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be defined in an official proposal, quotation, or written agreement.
4. Payment Terms
   All invoices are payable in EUR (€) unless stated otherwise.
   A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to initiate any project.
   Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery or website launch.
   Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and other methods agreed upon in writing.
   Late payments may incur a 5% monthly late fee on outstanding balances.
   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate ongoing work for overdue payments.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
   Unless otherwise stated, all content, code, and designs created by Fermall Media remain our property until full payment is received.
   Once paid in full, ownership or a perpetual usage license is transferred to the client as defined in the project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
   The client must provide accurate and complete project information, including access credentials, brand materials, and timely feedback. Delays in communication may extend project deadlines.
7. Revisions & Project Scope
   Each project includes a defined number of revisions as per the project proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may result in extra charges.
8. Refund Policy
   Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
   If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment for completed milestones must still be made.
   Completed and delivered projects are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fermall Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fermall Media, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
    We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.
12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the EU laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

💳 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

   All project deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
2. Cancellations
   If a client cancels a project:

Completed milestones are billed in full.
Any work in progress will be charged pro-rata.

3. Delivery & Approval
   Once the project is approved and final payment is made, no refunds are issued.
4. Exceptions
   Refunds may only be considered in cases of non-delivery or failure to meet clearly defined project requirements (as per written agreement).
